Error code C-0307 for Bizhub Press 1250 1250P 1052 Bizhub Pro 951
Code: C-0307
Classification: Main body: Fan abnormality
Cause:
Paper cooling exit fan /Lw1 (FM10) rotation abnormality + 24V power abnormality.
The FM10EM error detection signal is detected twice in succession within a specified period of time after FM10 was turned ON. At this time, an error detection signal (24V cut off) is detected.
Measures to take when alert occurs:
The main body and the option stop immediately.
Estimated abnormal parts:
- DC power supply /2 (DCPS/2)
- AC drive board (ACDB)
Correction:
Turn OFF/ON the power switch (SW2) of the main body when releasing an abnormal condition.
Note: The message "Please call service" is displayed on the panel.
Solution:
- Check the connector connection and the wiring between ACDB and DCPS/2, and repair it if any abnormality.
- Replace DCPS/2
- Replace ACDB.
