SOP-TECHNOLOGIES Limited Warranty

SOP-TECHNOLOGIES warrants that all Replacement Products sold will be free from defects in materials and workmanship affecting form, fit, and function for one (1) year from the original date of shipment.

This limited warranty applies only to manufacturer defects and does not cover malfunctions or failures resulting from:

• Misuse, abuse, or neglect

• Alteration or modification

• Improper installation or repair by anyone other than SOP-TECHNOLOGIES

• Electrical power issues

• Use not in accordance with product instructions

• Acts of nature

The limited warranty is strictly limited to the replacement or refund of SOP-TECHNOLOGIES Replacement Products and does not cover damage to printers, computer systems, or any other equipment arising from the use of OEM or Replacement Products.

Refunds and Claims

Any claim in which the original customer seeks a refund of the purchase price for a Replacement Product must be made within thirty (30) days from the original date of shipment. The customer must provide the applicable order number. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Replacement and Remanufactured Toner Cartridges & Copier Parts

If a Replacement or Remanufactured Toner Cartridge or Copier Part is defective, a replacement may be obtained within thirty (30) days of purchase, subject to verification of the order number.
