Measures to take when alert occurs:
- Software bug
- The message "Please call service" is displayed on the panel.
Solution:
- Deactivate the power switch and unplug the power plug. Restart the main body after 10 seconds.
- Check the connector connection and the wiring of SDCB, and repair it when there is any abnormality.
- reinstalling SD firmware.
- Replace SDCB.
