Error code C-1457 for Bizhub Press 1250 1250P 1052 Bizhub Pro 951

Code: C-1457
Classification: MK: FNS operation prohibition abnormality
Cause:
Software bug inside MK-737.

 Measures to take when alert occurs:

         The main body and the option stop immediately.                                       
Estimated abnormal parts:
  • MK relay board (RB)
Correction: 
        Note: 
  • The message "Please call service" is displayed on the panel. 

Solution:

  1. Check the connector connection and the wiring on MKRB, and repair it when there is any abnormality. (Wiring diagram: MK-737: 5-D)
  2. Replace MKRB.
